Yes. You may choose to identify yourself or report anonymously. In both cases you receive a tracking code to check your case status.
The Ethics Committee receives your report, assesses admissibility and, where appropriate, opens an investigation. You will receive an acknowledgment within 7 business days. The full process may take up to 3 months.
No. BLC Global prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, backed by the group's Non-Retaliation Policy.
Any conduct contrary to the law, the Code of Conduct or integrity standards: corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, harassment, human-rights violations and health/safety/environment breaches.
Evidence is not required. Describe the facts in as much detail as possible: what happened, when, where and who was involved. The Committee handles the investigation.
